Our mission is to provide support and comfort to families of infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) by encouraging the use of a journal with illustrations of bright smiles. We believe that this simple act of documenting their journey and capturing moments of joy can help families cope with the emotional rollercoaster of the NICU stay. 

We understand that the NICU can be a stressful and overwhelming environment for families, especially for those whose infants require long-term hospitalization. Through the use of a journaling, families can focus on the positive moments and milestones in their journey. The act of creating and looking back at these illustrations can provide comfort, hope, and a sense of accomplishment, which are essential for maintaining the emotional well-being of parents and families. 

Our goal is to encourage families to use this journal as a tool for communication with their healthcare team, to share updates and concerns, and to create a sense of partnership and collaboration in the care of their infants.
